Neha Kashalikar is Manager of Strategic Pharmacy Contracting at the Office of Clinical Affairs, the MassHealth clinical decision support unit. In this role, she oversees the state’s drug rebate negotiations with pharmaceutical manufacturers as part of the direct negotiations program and value-based contracting portfolio. Neha has experience in formulary management, data analysis, pipeline monitoring, and has overseen a variety of clinical programs for a state Medicaid program, with a focus on behavioral health topics. She received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Northeastern University’s School of Pharmacy and completed a Pharmacy Practice Residency with the University of Massachusetts Medical School, Clinical Pharmacy Services.
