CDR Scott Raisor is a Public Health Service pharmacist detailed to the Department of Defense (DoD) as a Formulary Management Pharmacist. He is the Chief of the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee and has worked with DoD Formulary Management for seven years. CDR Raisor earned his Doctorate of Pharmacy degree from Mercer University, Southern School of Pharmacy in Atlanta, GA. Upon completion of pharmacy school, he joined the United States Public Health Service Commissioned Corps and worked for over seven and a half years with the Indian Health Service (IHS). He worked at three different IHS health clinics with positions as clinical pharmacist, inpatient pharmacist, chief pharmacist, quality assurance officer, and acting CEO. He successfully completed a Masters degree in Public Health and a Masters degree in Business Administration. He is board certified in ambulatory care pharmacy. CDR Raisor enjoys his off time being with his beautiful wife and four boys who range in age from 16 to six.
